How many sessions will I need to truly transform?
The body truly is like an onion and sometimes it takes time to get to those inner layers! Occasionally the body will find and release key imbalances that allows for speedy healing but generally it is a process of releasing imbalances, and your subconscious will be your guide on this. To get maximum advantage of The Emotion and Body Code, it’s advisable to book a bundle of 6 or 12 sessions so that you can relax into your healing process and let the subconscious do the work.
How is payment made?
Payment is made via PayPal or BACS. Either a PayPal link or bank details will be emailed to you for payment prior to your sessions.
Do you offer payment plans for the bundles?
Absolutely. The Heart Wall bundle may be paid in 2 instalments and the 6 and 12 session bundles may be paid in 3 instalments.
Is this a talking therapy?
This is not a talking therapy. Part of the beauty of the Body Code is that we are connecting to the subconscious and so you really don’t have to give me any detail at all if you don’t want to. I am not a therapist, however I am naturally prone to sharing information from my intuition and experience in a bid to help promote my client’s wellbeing. I naturally want to inspire and motivate clients in order to elevate their lives!
Can sessions be done whilst I sleep?
Yes! I have worked on many clients in time zones where I work whilst they sleep – which is super convenient! Notes are emailed to you straight after and if you have any questions then these can be asked via voicenote or email.
What can I expect after a session?
Immediately after a session, you generally feel much calmer than at the start. In the days after, it is perfectly normally for symptoms to get a bit worse before they get better but this is not always the case. It is also normal to feel very emotional, very light, very energetic and even very tired. Everybody is different and every person responds to healing in a different way.
Do I need to drink water during the session?
Yes, it is advisable to be well hydrated before a session if possible and to have a glass of water with you to drink during the session. After a session, it is particularly import to hydrate well for a couple of days afterwards to facilitate the healing process. The definition of good hydration would be in the region of 2 litres of water daily.
